The rooms are decent. The shower didn't drain but it was nice and hot. Breakfast was slim but they do offer it. The ATM in the lobby was out of order so we couldn't use the vending machines. There is a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel as well. The food was decent for the price.
The room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly. The location... looked like time had forgot them. The interior of the building looked maintained. The exterior not at all. Collapsing stucco, dirty windows, and poorly (if at all) maintained landscape. Kinda looks like they use their money elsewhere and do the minimum to keep the doors open and the lights on.
Our check in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated since it was midnight. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean and the bed super comfortable. The cons: dated and carpets in hall were worn and dirty in spots. The elevator was cramped and had graffiti on the door and it was dark, small, and smelled weird. Kind of gave a sketchy vibe. But it was nice enough for a stop over while we traveled on.
I kid you not, it was excellent. I know driving up looks sketchy but once you go in that hotel is clean as it possibly can be for a hotel that age. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The front desk was friendly , courteous and polite. They were even friendly when they were having a accidental flood in the front area And I had lost my key. They were friendly and courteous the next morning when I locked myself out of the room . Breakfast was great. The whole Stay was such a pleasant surprise
I stayed last night 5/14/22. The guy at the front desk that evening was great despite being super busy with guests. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. The room was a as expected for the price I paid. Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels were clean with no stains. It was pretty quiet despite being right off the highway and the hot breakfast topped it off.
We went to this hotel for one night as a small vacation, and it wasn't bad. check in was okay, only one girl working at that time though. we stayed in room 119, and it was very clean besides a stain on the bed sheets. tv worked well, nothing was damaged/broken in the room, and the ac/heat was amazing. we woke up around 8 am to get their complimentary breakfast and the room was messy. nothing much left either. we did end up going to the Denny's right across from the hotel for breakfast and it was amazing. pool was closed though, because the lady at the front desk couldn't find the key to get into the pool. other than that, it was a good experience
